Background:
Ats Vokhko, a Vargr native to the Tagan Pack, has grown up in the aftermath of
Virus (Vakh) and the Collapse. He's spent his career working for the Tagan Pack
Outreach Department, a government organization tasked with reaching out to
worlds to see how they fared with the onslaught of the Vakh. He found himself
working recon missions, and his technical skills helped to make sure missions
weren't derailed by equipment breakdowns.
